* design, customize, implement, and roll out hr system solutions in various global locations to improve employees' experience and enable continuous improvement in hr processes.
* support the organization in implementing and improving hr system solutions, focusing on solution design, customization, implementation, and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes in ssff preferred in employee central.
main responsibilities:
* solution design and customization
* implementation and roll-out of hr system solutions
* support in different ssff modules, preferably in employee central
* configuration (customizing) work to support new and existing functionality, and analyze configuration issues
* configuration of foundations objects, mdf objects, employee profile, and rbp settings
* creating workflow derivation rules and setting up approval workflow
* standard event transactions with workflow support - hire, rehire, terminate, transfer, promotion, job change, data change, reclassification, return to work, position change
* configuration of calendar holiday calendar, work schedule, time types, time account types, time account and business rules
job requirements:
* passionate about sap ssff support, incident, and problem-solving
* at least 4+ years' experience with sap ssff, employee central successfactors, time and attendance, rules, and data model configurations
* ability to work independently as well as within a global team. Must be proficient in working with people around the world in various countries
* knowledge of canvas and ad hoc reporting is desirable
