provide detailed finance work, conduct transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the finance manager. Responsibilities include maintaining information integrity, monitoring reconciliations, and performing basic checks and controls.
responsibilities
* execute aspects of finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions within a defined scope, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a regional, business unit, or corporate finance team. Also collect and verify data.
* contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
* execute ad‑hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior finance manager (or director).
* support projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working, embracing continuous improvement.
* contribute to a high‑performing finance team and invest in personal and peer development.
qualifications
* technical expertise in financial analysis and data collection/structuring.
* business acumen and basic understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry and local snacking market; relevant regional experience.
* leadership skills including collaboration, communication, and a can‑do mentality within a larger finance team.
* growth/digital mindset and ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency.
* integrity and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions, aligned with company values and external regulations.
