- follows up on out-of-specification raw materials detected on the production floor and evaluates production rejections related to raw materials.
- prepares deviations for raw materials.
- conducts internal audits of the quality system.
- monitors and periodically analyzes ooba results through graphs, focusing on aspects such as cosmetics and dimensions, taking actions on areas of opportunity that arise.
- defines and establishes quality criteria.
- relies on probability and statistics for decision-making.
- initiates internal/external corrective actions, assigns responsibility, reviews the effectiveness of actions, and closes the corrective action.
- leads communication, coordination of meetings, and follow-up on customer complaints and supplier issues, including 8ds and cpars.
- responsible for evaluating and disposing of customer returns, following up on internal corrective actions resulting from return analysis.
- participates in informational meetings with supervisors and line leaders about progress, quality levels, and results, both internally and externally.
- plans, schedules, and manages assigned projects requested by their immediate supervisor.
- prioritizes work activities in coordination with the production area's needs.
- applies, encourages, and ensures compliance with the quality system.
- interacts professionally with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- maintains discipline, cleanliness, and order in their work area.
- participates as part of the company's internal quality auditors group.
- supports other activities related to their role and special projects.
- responsible for compliance with all policies, regulations, and provisions established by the company.

*perfil*:
- bacherlor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electronics engineering, or a related field
- proficiency in the english language (spoken, written), 90%
- +3 years of experience as a quality manager
- knowledge of quality engineering methodologies
- passport/visa to travel to the united states
