about the role
as part of our incentives development team, you will contribute to the varicent incentives platform—a modern, scalable web app. You will work closely with developers, designers, and data scientists to build impactful features that enhance user experience.
what you’ll do
* develop and refine features supporting client success and platform growth
* collaborate within a knowledge-sharing, cross-functional team
* utilize modern tools and open-source technologies
* troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain robust code
what we’re looking for
* 5 to 8 years of backend development experience, preferably with data-intensive systems
* proficiency in at least one backend language (c#, java, c++)
* knowledge of elt/etl concepts and handling large data challenges
* strong software design fundamentals and a passion for clean, maintainable code
* excellent communication skills, english level b2 or higher
