mission: we seek an accredited influencer marketing account manager responsible for executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring efficient implementation aligned with the brand's strategic objectives. The role includes structuring, collecting, and analyzing performance data and generating actionable reports to optimize future efforts.
responsibilities
* create and implement an influencer marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives.
* identify trends, target audiences, and strategic opportunities to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
* oversee campaign execution from planning to performance tracking, including influencer identification and coordination.
* ensure campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and deliver expected results.
* lead and mentor the influencer marketing team, providing direction and support to achieve goals.
* conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
* establish and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners for mutually beneficial collaborations.
* negotiate contracts and terms with influencers in line with brand values and compliance standards.
* monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and present findings to senior management.
* collaborate with content, social media, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive across platforms.
* support other departments by integrating influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
* stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep campaigns fresh.
