As Store Manager, you will be fully responsible for sales performance, operations management, team leadership, and customer experience. Your mission is to position the store as a benchmark in brand image, sales results, and service excellence in the local market.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve revenue, gross profit, accessory penetration, and value-added service KPIs.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to drive effective commercial strategies.
* Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
* Ensure a customer-first culture and resolve complex client situations to protect brand reputation.
* Oversee daily store operations, cash management, compliance, and visual merchandising standards.
* Manage inventory accuracy, stock optimization, and coordination with logistics teams.
* Execute national campaigns, product launches, and local traffic-driving initiatives.

* 3–5+ years as Store Manager in mobile, consumer electronics, or premium retail.
* Strong KPI ownership and commercial mindset.
* Proven experience leading retail teams and driving sales growth.
* Advanced English is essential.
