Business development representative
key responsibilities:
* engage with customers, oems, and end-users on a daily basis to stay updated on market trends.
* identify business opportunities through networking and other channels.
* analyze markets and competitors to provide actionable insights for growth in commercial vehicles, hvac, bus segment, and other related areas.
* monitor sales performance and track key performance indicators (kpis) for profitable sales and customer satisfaction.
requirements:
* at least 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles.
* bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably with an mba or equivalent qualification.
* expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and account management.
* prior exposure to the automotive, hvac, bus/truck, agricultural, construction, and off-highway sectors.
