lead the evolution and deployment of the hq global e-business and crm strategy, plans and be the lead for local (localization) activities. Develop and empower e-commerce experiences and services to create customer satisfaction from online to offline.
job responsibilities
customer relationship management
* implement crm tools and activities, in compliance with the global initiatives, involving central and local actors and considering cost/benefits.
* lvmh clientelling application, myzenith, management. Working with sales department, mainly responsible of data analysis, data correction of customer journey data.
digital marketing
* digital owned media (line, facebook, instagram etc..) implementation, contents creation (in japanese for local platforms), posting work, collaborate with pr/communication, developing the sns marketing calendar.
* plan and conduct high roi digital paid media ad implementation, strengthen sem with managing ad agency.
* highly effective sns activation analysis, and report timely to both local and hq
e-commerce
* monitor statistics and analyze web reports on a regular basis ensuring traffic growth analytical and qualified user sessions in coordination with involved units.
* manage annual budget and control transparency of spending on monthly basis for all activities with hq.
* coordinate external agencies, when needed, to ensure maintenance and payment execution.
ad-hoc project lead or support
* oversee assigned projects, ensuring on-time completion.
* report progress and outcomes to management.
profile
requirements
* university degree with a major in marketing, economy, business, finance statistics
* minimum 5 to 7 years, with good knowledge of the digital and mobile marketing field in watch, fashion, luxury or fmcg market.
* crm management, e-commerce, global brand’s experience is a preferred.
* business analysis experience
* line marketing experience.
* english: business level. (toeic 800+) frequent communication with hq
* japanese: business level. Daily communication within marketing, sales, csl team.
technical and personal skill
* agility to digital media and customer behaviors: always seek for the newest means to engage with customers on digital. Strong presentation and well communication skills to key stakeholder.
* commercial awareness and interest: be aware of what is going on in the market
* with attitude of fresh, progressive and creative mindset with highly interest to watch, fashion, art, sports, music, entertainment and watch and jewelry.
* fundamental it literacy is vital with strong skills on all digital analytic tools (all microsoft software + google analytics). Salesforces, syrus, sap.
* mac usability would be a plus as professional skillset
