maintenance operativeexecute operational activities such as discharge, load, transport, cleaning, labeling and operating all equipment to support safe, effective and efficient production processes.
periodically inspect equipment, perform small maintenance tasks, signal defects and deficiencies, and conduct minor repair work when applicable.
log data and information on production orders and activities in appropriate logbooks or systems to maintain thorough administration and insight into production status.
signal deviations in current processes and flag improvement opportunities with supervisors to continuously optimize operational processes, tools and systems.
operate in compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations, promoting sheq awareness and taking appropriate action when unsafe situations arise.maintain good housekeeping by ensuring the work area is clean, safe and free of hazards, and by keeping production lines, work areas and the production site well presented.
support the chief electrician and the engineering department to ensure exceptional operational experience throughout the hotel.
perform day‐to‐day general maintenance duties within hotel rooms and public areas.
respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls.
conduct regular inspection tours of the hotel to ensure all operating equipment is functioning correctly.
work closely with the engineering team on any projects or schedules.
maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition.
follow all health and safety rules within the department and the hotel.
demonstrate exceptional customer service when engaging with guests.

adhere to all airport regulations, tsa requirements and other local authority rules.
label hazardous materials and ensure proper documentation before departure.
sort and scan all inbound and outbound ip.
apply aod, tsa, afac, arom guidelines.
update and monitor dispatch office regulatory documentation and manuals.
perform other duties as assigned.minimum requirementshigh school diploma or equivalent.proficiency in english (600 toeic points).
