About the Role:
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our manufacturing site in Tijuana, Mexico. The idóneo candidate will have at least 2 years of warehousing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced environment.
English communication skills are required, and resumes must be submitted in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all shipping and receiving procedures are strictly followed and supervise daily warehouse operations.
- Delegate tasks and workloads equitably across warehouse team members to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain a smooth, accurate, and efficient flow of shipping and receiving activities.
- Coordinate closely with Production Supervisors, Managers, Planners, Buyers, and the Finance team to optimize shipping and receiving efficiency.
- Foster strong communication and working relationships with warehouse staff to monitor and improve team performance.
- Ensure the systematic implementation of receiving and shipping processes.
- Ensure all finished goods (FG) inventory is accurately tracked and maintained with a high level of accuracy.
- Oversee proper filing and system entry of all shipping and receiving documentation to maintain compliance and traceability.
- Monitor the status of all incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent delays.
- Verify that all shipments are packed correctly according to defined standards.
Requirements
- High school graduate with at least 2 years of relevant warehousing experience.
- Capable of working on the night shift if required.
- English communication skills are required (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
- Forklift operation certification is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle/ERP systems is a plus.
