If you are looking for an opportunity to have direct impact and influence on a Region, with the challenge of implementing the QSE Governance and IMCR (Incident Management & Crisis Response) policies and processes, this position is for you!

In this role you will be leading our Company Governance requirements implementation across LATAM, leading our QSE performance monitoring which is key for our business, acting as a key player in LATAM QSE team and global community, ensuring a proper Technical Risk Management across the Region and developing capabilities evolution across the system to ensure execution with excellence.

**What you´ll do for us**
- ** Define Regional QSE governance in line with the KORE requirements**, technical specifications and all relevant regulations - all integral QSE methodology, standards and requirements for product, package and processes, distribution and marketplace
- ** Define and monitor OU and Regional QSE metrics with best-in-class trend analytics** used for continuous improvement, in line with the corporate QSE metrics. Appropriate communication and interaction with key stakeholders.
- ** Lead LATAM IMCR process** for Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TI≻) and **Mexico** specifically from Technical side.
- ** Ensure effective communication and training of technical governance** to bottling partners and other value chain stakeholders (including suppliers, customers).
- ** Provide business and action-oriented quality reports to senior management **with relevant reporting materials and identify issues to allow appropriate decision making.
- ** Identify and communicate trends and challenges that impact our performance** and collaborate with corporate to ensure governance models remain relevant
- Lead a team working on risk identification through data analysis. **Implement leading indicators for QSE** and use IT tools to be implemented at the Region and Bottlers. **Lead Management review routines**, presenting Technical KPI (Monthly Scorecard, Quarterly meeting updates, year-end analysis)
- ** Ensure TRMF** and ERM systems are up to date and Regional level mitigation plans in place. Develop and implement local/regional governance requirements and risk management
- Properly communicate Regional **QSE capability development programs**:

- ** Lead key QSE processes** such as ABP, Culture and People agenda and wiring continuous improvement with other areas
- Ensure lessons learned are captured proactively and shared based on corrective/preventive action plans. Internalize and communicate successful practices too.
- Ensure effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement of the processes owned through Technical Management System. Lead efforts to achieve continuous improvement and the agility of processes
- Contribute and support the system QSE innovation process
- Based on the respective business case implement innovation and QSE productivity projects and concepts
- Lead regional M&A; due diligence and post-transaction integration as per business model supporting other areas
- Build business partnership (including suppliers, copackers and bottler) capability through identifying development needs, providing leadership on development programs and measuring improvement.
- Maintain all KORE required Master Data and management systems across the Region
- Provide Technical guidance to all Bottling Plants in data maintenance and management system certifications
- Ensure Regional CAP resources, track progress (GAO audit follow up) and teams monitoring for execution
- +5 years of leadership experience in Quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, sustainability (QSE) with leading scale transformation programs and change management.
- Proven track record in **End-to-End Operational QSE/SC leadership**:

- Strong **_Communication skills_** and ability to to translate scientific, technological, QSE and SC concepts to relevant **_business insights and growth_** opportunities
- Franchise and functional leadership - Broad **_strategy development_** and **_influencing_** within a region, within the enterprise and across partners, bottlers and different networks
- **_ Risk management_**, mitigation and communication
- Excellent **_Planning and analytic skills_** within a networked organization and different areas
- Proven successful track record in leading diverse teams

**Broad Expertise in (preferred)**
- Foresight on future knowledge, skills and Capabilities in Technical, QSE & Innovation. Ability to anticipate potential future scenarios & incorporate into strategies/action plans.
- Transformation and performance enablement systems and programs; change management.
- Fast learner with business knowledge. Advanced statistics preferably. Digital capabilities.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage Technologies
- Knowledge of value chain, system economics and supply chain finance
