Your insights will help shape decisions that impact our customers and business outcomes.key responsibilitiesas an fp&a manager, you'll be responsible for:acting as the primary finance business partner for utec, collaborating with operations and management to drive financial performance.monitoring and analyzing financial results, identifying trends, and initiating corrective actions.ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information.reviewing and communicating key performance indicators such as orders, backlog, sales, and margins.evaluating new business proposals and capital investments, offering strategic recommendations.providing financial and technical expertise to leadership.conducting ad hoc analysis and investigations as needed.promoting an ethical culture aligned with carrier's policies.championing continuous improvement across financial processes.requirementswe are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, and proactive.
