Job description:
the it/ot infrastructure & security engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of local it and ot systems, aligning with global policies and standards.
this position collaborates closely with global teams and local stakeholders to support campari group's mission of maintaining high-quality production standards and cyber security resilience across all production sites.
as a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing it/ot infrastructure in a multinational manufacturing environment, implementing cyber security protocols in ot systems, and overseeing communication/server rooms and site infrastructure.
you will also manage local infrastructure refresh projects, ensure alignment with global incident management protocols, and collaborate with local supply chain teams to articulate cyber security risks and track progress on remediation activities.
* proficiency in lan/wan design, tcp/ip networking, dns, dhcp, server management, and integration of ips/ids for optimal network security.
* knowledge of ot cyber security principles and best practices, including network segmentation and access control.
* network technologies and topologies (cable standards) and structured cabling for copper and fiber network connections.
additionally, you will provide guidance and support to local teams on it and ot infrastructure designs and implementations, promoting adherence to infrastructure & operations and cyber security standards and protocols.
required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in it/ot infrastructure roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* certified in relevant network technologies, architecture, and security, such as ccna, ccnp, comptia network+, comptia security+, cissp, etc.

primarily located at the arandas priority site, with the requirement to travel 50% of the time to alternative production and/or commercial sites within mexico.
