About the Role

The Programmatic Strategist is a crucial, client‑facing role responsible for day‑to‑day management of our programmatic clients, including campaign builds, optimization, and reporting across all programmatic channels (display, native, video, audio, etc). They create and manage custom client strategies and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. Internally, this role is titled Account Strategist, Programmatic.

What You’ll Do

- Campaign Management: build, optimize, and report on programmatic campaigns across all channels.
- Data Integration: leverage first‑party and third‑party data to target and segment audiences accurately.
- Planning & Setup: develop and implement programmatic campaigns on DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Optimization: continuously monitor performance and adjust campaigns to meet pacing and performance goals.
- Reporting: generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshooting: quickly identify and resolve campaign performance and delivery issues.
- Team Collaboration: coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams for cohesive execution.
- Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary point of contact, provide regular updates, create presentations, and adjust strategies as needed.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of proven programmatic experience at publishers, agencies, or ad‑tech companies (B2B experience is a bonus).
- Hands‑on expertise in media buying, building, and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, preferably TTD and DV360.
- Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks.
- Strong understanding of how programmatic and other paid/organic channels work together to surpass client KPIs.
- Experience driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month.
- Excellent cross‑collaboration and interpersonal skills, both internally and client‑facing.
- Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset.

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote‑first company, you will work from your home office and collaborate via Zoom and Slack.
