key responsibilities:
 * manages the reception desk, receiving all visitors and colleagues in a professional, friendly manner
 * act as first point of contact for all queries from visitors, focussing on customer service
 * receives and directs incoming calls, mail and e-mail, prioritising communications as appropriate
 * co-ordinates the maintenance of office equipment
 * liaises with catering department to co-ordinate requirements for meetings
 * manages the logistics for internal meetings and events
 * photocopies, scans and maintains records
