Objective;
based on specialized technical knowledge of the company's products (good and/or services) acts as the customer's contact regarding billing, warranty services, product specifications as well as schedule shipping and shipping information.
Main functions;
1: handle al inquiries from customers performing extensice research and/or coordinating with other departments, as required to obtain solutions.
2: may coordinate product returns for exchange or rework.
3: formulates the required report and prepares general correspondence.
4: meets the established procedures and the policies of the organization.
Level of english:
advance. (reading and writing).
