Marketing director position overview
this role oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and boost measurable client acquisition.

key responsibilities:
* design and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
* lead both brand-building and lead generation initiatives across all media channels.
performance marketing & analytics:
* own key kpis including cac, roi, ltv, and cpl.
* continuously test and optimize campaigns using analytics tools.
campaign management and execution:
* launch and manage campaigns directly using various digital tools.
* create and test copy, creatives, and funnels with agility and insight.
leadership and collaboration:
* lead internal marketing teams and external partners/agencies.
* set performance goals and provide mentorship, feedback, and direction.
content and brand development:
* guide development of creative assets, branding strategies, and content roadmaps.
* align messaging across digital, traditional, and sales enablement materials.
data-driven decision making:
* monitor kpis through dashboards and lead with insights.
