as part of the development of the group's activity in mexico and the structuring of our three local subsidiaries, you will take on a key role as odoo referent to accelerate the digital transformation of the finance function and strengthen the reliability of processes and data.your mission
you play a central role in the digital transformation of the finance function in mexico, ensuring process consistency, data reliability and operational efficiency of the three subsidiaries, with odoo as a key platform.
odoo referent — manage the evolution and transversal configuration of odoo, ensure the consistency of intermodule flows and develop the finance module in accordance with mexican requirements and standards.
digitalization & systems — structure, automate and make reliable financial processes, strengthen data quality and deploy digital tools for performance.
operational cybersecurity — contribute to the security of operations by applying best practices, documenting incidents and coordinating actions with it/security teams.
your profile
education and languages:
· advanced diploma in business informatics: master of business informatics, engineering school with a focus on computer science for finance, licenciatura en informatica administrativa,
· given the international exposure of the position, advanced english level, the practice of a second language (french, chinese) would be an asset.
professional skills and experience:
· professional experience of at least 5 years in a role combining information systems, digitalization and functional analysis in a finance environment, ideally in the industrial sector.
· functional mastery of odoo is essential, especially on finance modules and inter-module flows.
· knowledge of mexican accounting software packages, that of contpaqi would be an advantage.
· skills in sql (analyst level), power bi (dax + power query/m) and automation languages (python, vba).
