In this role, your responsibilities will be:
* lead end-to-end production operations, overseeing planning, manufacturing, production, shipping, and maintenance functions.

* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
* advanced english proficiency.
* minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the metal-mechanical manufacturing industry.
* proven experience in manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and financial management.
* strong knowledge of iso 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.
* demonstrated ability in delegation, conflict management, and negotiation.

* master's degree or mba.
* experience in casting, forging, machining, and assembly processes.
* experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
