in this role, you'll be responsible for executingthe local manufacturing production of products for mk mexico inclose collaboration with latam region, mary kay inc processcommercialization group and local contract manufacturers (cm´s).the goal is transferring the required manufacturing technology tolocal cm´s, assuring mk global requirements are accomplished in thelocal manufactured products.
responsibilities—what you'll do: 1.provide specialized technical support for current contractmanufacturers (cm´s) in collaboration with quality and strategicsourcing partner.
analyze equipment and processes to guidetechnical decisions related to contract manufacturing capabilitiesand capacities.

coordinate the transfer of technology (tot)process with support of commercialization group and productintegrity team in corporate, by elaborating procedures and workinginstructions in compliance with global quality, product integrityand engineering guidelines, achieving the original osd for eachproject.

support the development and production of regionalproducts according to the agreed marketing plan in closecollaboration with latam regional teams.
4.
define manufacturingprocedures with contract manufacturers according to mk globalrequirements.
organize and keep updated documents related tomanufacturing procedures, formulas and datasheets according tocompany rules and within document control processes.
work togetherwith quality, packaging engineer and strategic sourcing partner toelaborate the set of specifications for contract manufacturers.
5.lead the local filling tests, providing all the informationnecessary to define the best route to avoid issues related toquality.

with the support of quality assurance develops andmanages a continuous quality improvement program for raw materialsand manufacturing processes/procedures.
keep updated all technicalinformation in suppliers' documents control department as well asquality assurance when a change is done.
7.
conceive, participate,and execute cost reduction projects, process bottleneck solving andscrap reduction in manufacturing processes.
support capa actionplans in partnership with quality engineer and packagingengineering.
requirements: · bachelor's degree in chemicalengineering or industrial chemistry.
·3+ years of experienceworking with manufacturing process development for cosmetics (skincare products, fragrances, make up, etc) and/or related products ismandatory.
· deep knowledge on industrial equipment as mixers,reactors, auxiliary devices (pumps, homogenizers, etc) isnecessary.
· fluent in english.
