Join estel as a mep electrical or mechanical site supervisorat estel ingeniería y obras, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead and coordinate our team of mechanical or electrical installation specialists at our office in barbados.what will your responsibilities be?Supervise the planning, execution, and monitoring of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (mep) functions at the site or facility.coordinate and oversee the work of mep technicians, electricians, and plumbers assigned to the department.ensure all systems and infrastructure are installed, maintained, and operated according to industry codes, project specifications, and safety standards.support the development and training of mep technical staff to build a high-performing team.review and recommend preventive maintenance schedules for mep systems and critical equipment.assist with optimal spare parts inventory management and ensure timely procurement of materials.evaluate and recommend improvements, repairs, or replacements to mep infrastructure to reduce downtime and enhance energy efficiency.promote innovative solutions, sustainable practices, and the adoption of new technologies relevant to mep operations.ensure all system labeling, diagrams, schematics, and documentation comply with international standards.who are we looking for?Education: degree in technical or higher engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related fields).minimum 5 years of experience, including mep project supervision and on-site work.proficiency incad tools, technical software, and the microsoft office suite.valuable: experience in international or hotel projects.availability to relocate and live in barbados.what do we offer?A stable contract and professional growth in a company with over 30 years of experience in the industry.participation in international projects and access to continuous training.competitive salary based on experience.work location: holetown, st.
