About the role
we are seeking an experienced and results‐driven operations manager to lead daily operational activities, optimize processes, and ensure efficient performance across the organization. This role is critical for driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cross‐functional alignment.
key responsibilities
* oversee day‐to‐day operations to ensure productivity, quality, and on‐time delivery targets are met.
* develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, kpis, and workflows.
* lead and support operational teams, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
* identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5s, kaizen, etc.).
* collaborate with cross‐functional partners (hr, finance, supply chain, engineering, quality, etc.) to align operational needs and business goals.
* manage operational budgets, resource planning, and cost‐efficiency strategies.
* ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
* analyze operational performance data and present findings to leadership.
* support long‐term planning and strategic business initiatives.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or similar roles (automotive or manufacturing industry preferred).
* strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.
* solid understanding of operational processes, production planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills.
* strong communication and stakeholder‐management abilities.
* proficiency in ms office; advanced excel preferred.
* knowledge of lean, six sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
