provide mcp systems administration and hands-on technical support in a clear path environment.act as a technical point of contact for a specific client, gathering requirements and aligning system expectations.configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot mcp systems and supporting infrastructure.analyze and recommend hardware and software solutions aligned with clear path and mcp requirements.support performance, capacity, and stress testing, providing recommendations based on results.contribute to system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge sharing.you will be successful in this role if you have:
must have skills (experience of at least 4 years):
hands-on experience supporting mcp in clear path environments.
strong knowledge of mcp systems administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
experience working in enterprise or client-dedicated environments.
ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
strong problem-solving skills.

location:preferably based in mexico city (cdmx), monterrey, or guadalajara; required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
