we are hiring luxury real estate brokers, sales professionals who are passionate about the luxury industry to represent patrimo in merida.
you will work directly with the corporate team to develop your area. Our real estate agents receive comprehensive support from our corporate team, including training, technical tools, coaching, legal and tax advice, marketing support, and more.
responsibilities
* sales opportunities: identify sales opportunities and generate prospects in the luxury real estate sector in key areas of mexico city, targeting high-end homeowners.
* client relations: follow up with prospects and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
* transaction assistance: assist clients in the purchasing and closing process of real estate transactions.
* strategy collaboration: collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales strategies.
qualifications
* experience: previous experience or knowledge in luxury real estate in key areas of merida.
* attitude & goals: positive attitude with clear personal and professional goals.
* earning ambition: driven to generate a minimum of 10,000 usd net monthly.
* availability: full-time availability, flexible hours, and willingness to work on weekends.
* communication skills: excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into top notch solutions that result in sales closures.
* teamwork: ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other team members and partners.
* home office: knows how to work from home with organization and discipline.
* ethics: strong professional ethics and integrity as part of your core.
* equipment: own computer/laptop.

* earnings on target is 10,000 euros per month (based on 50% commissions of our fees, we do not offer a base salary).
