a cost manager industrial and data center projects will lead construction projects in mexico, overseeing feasibility studies, procurement reports, estimating, cost planning, procurement, and contract management. They will also conduct value engineering, life-cycle costing, and final account negotiations.

requirements:
* minimum 8 years of experience in engineering cost management.
* bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, architecture, or relevant field.
* rics, aace certifications or memberships.
* proficiency in english and spanish languages.
* ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* excellent communication skills to explain concepts and methodology.
* strong client management, change management, and teamwork skills.
* strong microsoft skills, specifically excel and powerpoint; experience with costx and knowledge of autocad.
