you will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

- deep understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing.
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- experience working in a cross-functional environment with product managers and engineers.
- ability to connect design with business metrics like conversion rates and click-through rates.
- understand the design, engineering and business processes and be the owner for translating needs between teams— creative, visual design, engineering, and quality assurance.
- ability to drive consensus among various stakeholders and articulate trade-offs used in making product related choices & decisions.
- proactive and driven, should be able to manage multiple tasks and the chaos, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload efficiently.preferred- expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, both primary and secondary, to gain deep insight into end-user needs.
