Tivoli support engineer (ibm workload scheduler)

we're looking for an experienced l2 support engineer to join a global team providing advanced support for ibm workload scheduler (tivoli) in a linux-based distributed environment.
key responsibilities:
* provide level 2 operational support for ibm workload scheduler (iws).
* troubleshoot job scheduling issues and perform root cause analysis.
* manage and maintain job definitions, job streams, variables, and calendars.
* develop or maintain automation scripts and rest apis.
* monitor workloads, alerts, and system performance.
* collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
requirements:
* at least 3 years of experience with ibm workload scheduler (tivoli)
* knowledge of linux administration and shell/python scripting.
* experience supporting batch processes, job automation, or workload scheduling.
* solid understanding of databases (db2, oracle, postgresql).
* advanced english level
