The human resources (hr) specialist will support the hr department and business in various hr areas based on team assignment. Collaborate with hr team members for accurate and efficient hr operations.role & responsibilitygeneralprimary hr contact for employees.assist in developing & implementing hr policies, procedures, and programs.support if needed hr programs and processes such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.support across areas of hr operations.people relationsimplement strategies for positive employer-employee relationships, enhancing organizational effectiveness.collaborate on training, development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.advise managers on job design, salaries, benefits, and compliance.talent acquisitionpartner with leaders on hiring processes, including assessments, interviews, offers, and recruitment campaigns.ensure positive applicant experiences and support recruitment strategies.foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and optimize candidate management.ensure diversity recruitment and compliance.manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies.university relationslead and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions.develop and enhance company visibility in order to recruit and hire top emerging talentidentifying key academic partners, organizing campus eventsbusiness processes & analyticshris & global mobilitymanage hris records and updates.coordinate organizational changes.facilitate audits and reporting.manage immigration, tax, payroll, and vendor relationships.job requirementbachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related experience.prior experience in an hr support role or internship is preferred.basic knowledge of hr policies, procedures, and employment laws.strong communication and interpersonal skills.excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.proficiency in ms office suite and hris software. Spanish and english fluent speakertravel required: < 10%
