* experience using crm to manage sales processes and forecast sales.
* ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
* strong analytical aptitude and great problem-solving skills.
* presentation skills and ability to deliver product value to a highly technical audience.
* excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams.
* knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
* japanese as the working language, fluent in english.
