">responsible for ensuring the commercial strategy of the organization is aligned with sales targets in the private segment. This involves negotiating, maintaining, and developing relationships with key clients, banks, insurance companies, and private hospitals at a national level.

">- meet monthly sales targets to guarantee revenue goals.
- identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and negotiate with corporate, hospital, and insurance clients nationwide.
- plan and develop direct sales strategies for medical professionals across the country.
- coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery to pharmacies through major distributors.
- collaborate with finance teams to reconcile quarterly or monthly sales data and credit notes.
- develop annual and monthly forecasts for customer and hospital sell-out planning.
- guarantee product availability in intrahospital pharmacies, clinics, and distributors through direct sales to medical professionals.
- work closely with product managers to schedule training sessions for distributors' field representatives.
- negotiate and ensure compliance with commercial agreements with assigned clients.
- conduct regular reviews of main accounts (hospitals, distributors, and insurance companies).
- ensure understanding and adherence to internal company policies and procedures.
- stay up-to-date on product knowledge and competitor analysis.
- manage and review outstanding debt from direct clients.

*requisitos y habilidades:*
">- titulado en carreras económico-administrativas o afines.
- experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar con experiencia en distribuidores y farmacias.
- conocimientos en gestión de cuentas clave hospitalarias, operaciones y acceso al segmento hospitalario, inclusiones y participación en licitaciones de hospitales privados y aseguradoras, generación y mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales con contactos claves.
