we are currently seeking a *data entry & order processing specialist* to support administrative and accounting operations *from our office in guadalajara, mexico*, working directly with our finance and operations team based in *tamarac, florida (usa)*.
*what you will do*
you will be an essential part of our finance & operations team, helping maintain efficient processes and accurate records.
your main responsibilities will include:
- enter and process purchase orders with accuracy in internal systems.
- support vendor payment processing, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- track pending payments, confirm receipts, and assist with account reconciliations.
- support accounts receivable by contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices and ensuring timely collections.
- perform data entry tasks for purchase orders, invoicing, and payment records.
- organize and maintain financial and administrative documentation.
- assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing.
- communicate with vendors and clients regarding orders, payments, and account status.
- identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen operational efficiency.
*what we are looking for*
- minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or similar administrative roles.
- experience using accounting or erp systems (quickbooks, sap, netsuite, or similar) is preferred.
- strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- solid knowledge of excel and data management tools.
- basic understanding of accounting and billing processes.
- *advanced english (spoken and written)* required to collaborate with teams.
- professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-border teams.

- monthly salary: starting at *$15,000*:
- full legal benefits from day one.

- schedule: monday to friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (aligned with u.s. team).
