our sales teams work closely with travel agencies, united travel departments and corporate clients.
this position could be located in aguascalientes, leon, guadalajara, mexico city, monterrey, queretaro, or san luis potosi.
relocation assistance is not provided.
*job overview and responsibilities*
oversee daily operation for multiple cto(s) in mexico.
ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, sales goals are achieved and ensure highest possible level of customer service.
responsible for leading and coordinating staff of assigned city ticket offices, ensuring that sales and customer service activities are completed in accordance to each office strategy.
lead sales calls and prospecting initiatives.
the cto lead is also responsible to maintain administrative tasks on target which mainly includes accurate sales reports, cash controls and invoices.
- assist employees with problem solving and provide overall direction to employees in order to achieve corporate goals.
- remain current with new ticketing policies and/or procedures
- ensure compliance with united airlines policies, procedures and audit guidelines.
- conduct monthly cto audit on time.
- develop customer base and knowledge of united products and services to build office revenue
- frequent sales calls and consistent communication with cto assigned customers and sme accounts
- focus on leading and developing the skills of front-line co-workers with the goal of delivering consistent and excellent customer service and delivering a quality product in accordance with company guidelines
- lead performance dialogues with front-line co-workers to review metrics, performance boards and issues boards
- develop and support standard work and continuous improvement processes
- oversees groups' reservations, ticketing and general customer handling
- responsible for on time and accurate submittal of cto related monthly reports
- maintain open, direct and immediate communication with cto sales reps, and cto management

- bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- customer service, sales, analytical and communication skills
- must be fluent in english and spanish (written and spoken)
- must be legally authorized to work in mexico for any employer without sponsorshipsuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
- successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- must be able to work any shift within a 24-hour/day, 7-day/week operation, which can include late nights, early hours, weekends and holidays
- hold a valid passport and u.s. Visa
- reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

- reservations and shares ticketing knowledge
- 2+ years previous experience leading a team
