* deliver customer value by understanding their use cases and aligning them with cirrus’s best practices.
* training: conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users.
* expertise development: become an expert in cirrus and hospital operations to provide effective solutions.
* client interaction: maintain communication with clients to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
* documentation: create detailed user guides and documentation.
about you and what you will need:
* prioritization and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
* high energy and a “can-do” attitude.
* excellent communication and presentation skills.
* investigator mindset: ability to analyze details from client questions, requirements, and hospital operations.
* fluent in spanish & english.
* tech-savvy: eager to leverage technology to automate and improve workflows.
* proven track record: experience managing and deploying projects on time in fast environments.
* collaborative: able to work within cross-functional teams.
* grit: strong problem-solving and perseverance skills.
our offer:
* competitive compensation based on skills and experience.
* opportunity to be part of a global company with an informal start-up culture and strong leadership.
* chance to grow within a rapidly expanding industry.
* develop your skills within our global team.
what we believe:
we aim for success that makes us proud and happy, working with people who share our values:
