Role overview
drive strategic leadership and performance of lululemon’s mexico ecommerce site, delivering business impact through digital merchandising excellence, campaign innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
accountable for the strategic leadership and performance of the mexico ecommerce site.
Oversee performance tracking and reporting across multiple time horizons.
Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations that inform leadership decisions.
Lead and execute the overarching website merchandising strategy to optimize product visibility, conversion, and guest engagement.
Translate merchandising strategies into regional ecommerce tactics, leveraging data and insights to inform content placement and visual merchandising decisions.
Own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of ecommerce campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and commercial objectives.
Lead cross‑functionally to deliver cohesive, high‑performing digital experiences.
Implement global taxonomy and discovery frameworks across regional digital touchpoints.
Optimize navigation, linking, and filtering strategies to reflect device‑specific behaviors and improve product findability.
Lead analysis of guest behavior, category performance, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
Influence assortment decisions and campaign planning through actionable insights.
Partner with product, ux, and engineering to define and prioritize business requirements for regional digital initiatives.
Advocate for enhancements that elevate the guest experience and strengthen merchandising capabilities.
Qualifications
8+ years in ecommerce or digital merchandising, with 3+ years in a strategic or leadership role.
Self‑directed and capable of working effectively in a fast‑paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Proven success owning regional ecommerce strategies within a global framework.
Strong analytical skills; proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., adobe analytics, google analytics).
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels.
Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and project‑management skills.
Skilled in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
Experience partnering with product, ux, and engineering to define and prioritize digital enhancements.
Familiarity with enterprise ecommerce platforms and cms tools; understanding of seo and taxonomy.
Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategy and drive measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of ecommerce financials and key performance indicators (kpis).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a team player.
Deep knowledge of the mexican ecommerce market and consumer behavior.
Fluency in spanish and english required.
Ba in business administration, marketing, or communications would be an asset.
