About the role
we are seeking a manager - process owner specialized in electronic payments (non-cash) and financial services (money transfers, msi, bnpl) for latam (mexico, central america, and chile). This middle office role acts as an additional layer of control and quality between bpo and the internal customers (controllership and financial solutions.), ensuring the proper execution of critical processes and alignment with corporate policies and accounting standards.
the goal is to guarantee frictionless delivery, enhance collaboration, and optimize operational efficiency.
what you´ll do
* document and implement new processes for sales through electronic payments (non-cash) and financial services (money transfers, msi, bnpl), aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements, directly impacting the shared services team.
* monitor and measure process performance through kpis, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks.
* lead continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization initiatives, facilitating workshops and gathering stakeholder feedback.
* manage communication and coordination with all involved areas (controllership, financial solutions, operational teams, and external partners).
* develop and deliver training materials to ensure proper adoption and compliance of processes.
* keep process documentation, sops, and user guides up to date.
* support process migrations, controls, and regulatory compliance.
* provide operational and consultative support in resolving issues and optimizing flows related to electronic payments (non-cash) and financial services (money transfers, msi, bnpl).
what you´ll bring
* at least 6 years of experience working with electronic payments (non-cash), financial services (money transfers, msi, bnpl), or accounting processes.
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or related field.
* proven experience in implementing and improving financial processes and electronic payment flows.
* advanced knowledge of process management tools, automation, and data analysis (preferably experience with payment platforms).
* advanced english proficiency (c1: writing, speaking, and reading).
* strong analytical skills, project management, effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* preferred: certifications such as cpa, pmp, scrum product owner, scrum master.
