this role works at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating closely with stakeholders and software development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
the ideal candidate has experience working within software development environments, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of solutions within java-based systems.
responsibilities
gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
act as the bridge between business stakeholders and software development teams
translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
collaborate closely with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood
support system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
participate in testing, validation, and implementation of solutions
ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
required qualifications
1 year of experience as it business analyst, technical business analyst, or similar role
experience working directly with software development teams
understanding of java-based systems or applications
experience documenting functional requirements and system specifications
familiarity with agile / scrum methodologies
english proficiency: minimum b2 level (professional working proficiency)
strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
nice to have
experience in manufacturing or enterprise environments
knowledge of system integrations or apis
experience with jira, confluence, or similar tools
