Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources. Conduct statistical and exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity. Develop dashboards and visual reports that facilitate data interpretation for leaders and decision-makers. Participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation, and human resources optimization. Ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data. Analyze current hr processes, policies, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. Maintain human resources information systems, audit data quality, and propose business process improvements and automation. Support the implementation of ai-powered tools to automate routine hr tasks and enhance employee self-service capabilities. Document and implement data workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures. Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements for report requests, data structures, and reporting limitations. Provide operational support for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, and compliance verification. Assist with mass data changes and system updates while maintaining data integrity. Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of people programs, policies, and procedures, while providing ad-hoc data analysis to support business needs. Qualifications bachelor's degree (human resources, business administration, information systems, or related field). Master's degree (desirable). English (intermediate / advanced). Experience 8-10 years of experience in a similar position. Demonstrate experience working with hr technologies such as workday and / or servicenow. Display experience with process documentation and improvement methodologies. Utilize automation tools and ai implementation in hr processes. Apply project management methodologies effectively.
