**APQP Engineer (SMT)**
**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Purpose of the position**:
Customer Service, customer focal window into the quality department, build and maintain the customer relationship / satisfaction, escalation, program-project advancement and NPI phase handling.
**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage and Lead the APQP program and timing
- Coordinates the PPAP activity, data collection, submission and approval process
- Automotive customer system / portal reporting
- Automotive core Tools (APQP, SPC, MSA & FMEA) AIAG
- Review and as necessary help start the strategy direction for the APQP programs
- Demonstrate an improvement in core competencies in the use of APQP
- Help promote a risk-based approach to the use of project and APQP tools
- Quality NPI phase management and documentation
- Customer Portal (System) update & reporting
- Support the implementation with in-depth working knowledge of quality systems and processes, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requeriments
**Experience **:Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowlegable in SMT and assembly process
- Knowlegeable on QC tools, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, 5W, 6Sigma, GR&R; and FAI.
- More than 5 years of experience on quality (APQP) or PM/NPI.
- Capable of handling a large group of administrative personnels.
- Knowledge on GD&T; and VDA internal process audits"
- Similar Experience as APQP / PPAP / NPI Customer Quality Service.
- Excellent Skill on presentation and negotiation"
**Scholarship**:
Bachelor Degree in Industrial or electronic engineer / Bachelor Degree in electronic engineer
