detailed description of the project
project objective
the global culture intern will support the design, coordination, and execution of global culture and change management initiatives at cemex. The intern will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to develop communication campaigns, toolkits, presentations, and sharepoint resources that help local teams implement and adapt cultural and organizational change initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, creativity, and the ability to align multiple regions toward shared objectives, while respecting local context and diversity.
