At cápita works we are looking for an *seo/paid media specialist* to join the team.

he will be responsible for optimizing seo and investment in paid media to attract the maximum number of leads at the minimum cost.
* he will be in charge of preparing and configuring the campaigns, as well as their monitoring and reporting, always providing recommendations for improvement at all times.
these will be your functions
- seo optimization and maintenance
- execution and monitoring of paid media campaigns for lead generation: adwords, retargeting, social media (linkedin and twitter), display
- google analytics management (settings, search console and tag manager)
- crm/web/analytics integration.
- reporting preferable with datastudio
- general support in monitoring and configuration lead acquisition campaigns, retention, conversion
- content management and text writing
*requirements*:
- advanced english level
- living in monterrey since this work is hybrid
