what you'll do
* design and develop lightning web components (lwc) with advanced javascript engineering, focusing on component architecture, @wire data flow, event handling, and state management.
* build complex, form-driven ux in lightning experience that delights users and drives adoption.
* integrate salesforce with external applications using heroku, mulesoft, and apex callouts.
* implement secure and scalable solutions leveraging oauth, rest apis, pub/sub, cdc, and messaging queues.
* accelerate development with ai-powered tools such as github copilot, cursor ide, or windsurf.
* contribute to ai-driven salesforce proof-of-concepts and innovation pilots.
* support salesforce devops practices including ci/cd pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and tooling (copado, gearset, salesforce devops).
what we're looking for
* 7+ years of experience in frontend software development.
* 5+ years of hands-on development on the force.com platform.
* active salesforce advanced developer or platform developer ii certification (must be verifiable).
* proven expertise in lwc, javascript, and modern frontend engineering.
* strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for clean, scalable code.
* excellent communication skills in english, both written and verbal.
