lead requirements gathering workshops with sales, field operations, and commercial teams.
analyze current direct delivery / field sales processes and identify optimization opportunities.
translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
ensure alignment between regional business requirements and global standards.project management
lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline).
manage cross-functional teams including it, sales operations, and external vendors.
drive change management and user adoption initiatives.sales domain expertise
support initiatives related to:
route-to-market (rtm)
direct store delivery (dsd)
order taking & mobile sales applications
customer master data & product hierarchy
ensure integration between erp and sales systemsqualifications10+ years of experience as business analyst and/or project manager.
strong background in consumer goods industry.
hands-on experience with direct delivery / field sales processes.
proven experience managing regional or multi-country projects.
fluent in spanish and english (mandatory).
experience working in latin america markets, preferably mexico.required skillsstrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.preferred skillsexperience with erp systems.
