What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Matchmaking: Source, screen, and schedule high-quality candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring goals.
Candidate Champion: Be the single point of contact for candidates—supporting them through screening, assessments, and onboarding.
Pipeline Engagement: Reactivate and maintain candidate pipelines through creative outreach (text campaigns, direct messaging, etc.).
Data & Results: Keep ATS records accurate and up-to-date, consistently hit KPIs, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For
English Fluency: Advanced conversational English — you’ll be using it every day!
Recruiting Experience: Minimum 6 months recruiting for theU.S. market(high-volume roles preferred).
At least1 year of overall experiencein sourcing and recruitment.
Organized & Strategic: Strong planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated by results, quality hires, and candidate satisfaction.
