principle duties and responsibilities
* local s&op: prepare control documents ensuring that all areas are involved (marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, el salto plant and procurement) and information aligned with all - keep in those meetings the culture of understanding main issues and make contingency plans.
* responsible for maintaining and for continuous improvement of the overall s&op processes in alignment with regional and global guidelines and best practices.
* implement demand planning process (statistical forecast to support sales plan and sales plan validation linked with goodyear strategy) at country level, considering business specification and characteristics.
* implement sales forecast scenarios (volume and value) at country level, considering tms strategy and share of market targets, in order to define the most profitable sales scenarios. - validation of sales scenarios with pbu's directors and mex manager director.
* maintain a healthy inventory levels accordingly to the business policies and wh capacities.
