Position objective: the maintenance supervisor will be responsible to manage the maintenance technical team under his responsibility.
the main objective is to maintain the equipment available for the operation and keep their maintenance up to date through the correct execution of the planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, analyze the root cause and he should supervise all activities of their technicians, all activities with our standard of ehs.
the supervisor must also ensure full compliance with the objectives set by the company and/or department.

responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance.

lead a team working in order to analyze issues at the equipment.
constant communication with the planning leader to document the maintenance, taking into consideration the improvement and activities in the gti.
ensure compliance with the department's kpis.
involvement in new projects, to ensure the correct selection, installation and commissioning of equipment or processes.
ensure critical spare parts in the warehouse to avoid line stoppages.
implementation and monitoring of the department's 5's program.
determine the technical profile of the team and develop a training program for them.
make sure to follow up on the safety program.
ensure compliance with the get tool.
follow brp values and behaviors.
ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
enforce quality brp policy.
follow up office vibe results through action plan.
position profile
bachelor in
: engineering, administration or similar.
professional experience
: at least 1 year in leading team.
language
: fluent in spanish written and verbal.
english written and verbal (min)
: 70%.
knowledge of french or german
is an advantage.
technical skills (minimum desired)
electricity, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanics.
