 
        
        Events Marketing Coordinator Full-Time | Remote | Based on Denver, Colorado (Mountain Daylight Time) JOB OVERVIEW We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and self-directed Events Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-moving hospitality group with multiple restaurant concepts. This is a high-impact marketing role for someone who loves turning great events into high-visibility, high-engagement campaigns. From submitting to local event calendars and writing punchy Instagram captions to managing WordPress updates and executing email campaigns — you’ll be responsible for making sure each event is seen, heard, and talked about. About the Role This is a full-time remote position (40 hours per week), based on Mountain Daylight Time (Denver, Colorado). You’ll spend most of your time (20–30 hours per week) driving awareness and attendance for restaurant events — through web, email, social media, and local media outreach. You’ll also support brand visibility through structured calendar management, light admin work, and digital coordination. Event Marketing (Primary Focus – 20–30 hours/week) Submit upcoming events (e.g. wine dinners, drag brunches, seasonal menus) to local event calendars: Keep restaurant websites updated with current events, promotions, and seasonal content using WordPress Optimise listings for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, keywords), and test updates on mobile and desktop Email Marketing Plan and schedule email campaigns for events, launches, and promotions using Mailchimp or Klaviyo Write and format email content; Test and send campaigns; report on open/click rates and performance insights Maintain an organised content calendar aligned to brand priorities #Social Media Promotion
Draft and schedule Instagram posts and stories to promote recurring and special events
Coordinate with in-house content creators and maintain brand consistency across all bios and link tools
Share social insights and learnings to help refine the broader digital strategy
