key responsibilities
* client-centric communication: manage day-to-day client communication including strategic updates, workflow and approval updates, proactively keeping clients and internal teams informed
* project management: adhere to the defined scope of work, manage action items through to completion, and maintain forward momentum by overcoming roadblocks
* marketing strategy: develop integrated marketing plans that align with client objectives; support cross-channel performance forecasts and media plans
* data-driven insights: leverage data and analytics (e.g., google analytics, shopify) to identify strategic opportunities; translate learnings into reporting with actionable next steps
* rapport building: build strong client relationships and establish power digital as a trusted partner; foster collaboration among internal account teams
* client portfolio: manage a diverse set of clients totaling up to $175k in monthly recurring revenue
* client retention: support contract renewal strategy, presentations and proposals with the account director to extend partnerships
* service expansions: identify additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships
* employ ai technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
* utilize power digital’s nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
* other tasks and projects as assigned by client services leadership
role requirements
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related discipline
* 3-5 years digital marketing experience; experience executing cross-channel plans preferred
* at least 2-3 years leading cross-channel marketing plans at scale with data-driven execution
* cross-channel account management experience required (at least 2 years)
* advanced understanding of digital marketing with experience in earned, paid, owned media, attribution, reporting, and optimization
* hands-on experience with google analytics and/or first-party reporting platforms (shopify, salesforce marketing cloud, adobe, etc.)
* campaign leadership for end-to-end development in a multi-channel environment
* strong relationship and strategic consulting skills with technical curiosity
* excellent written and verbal communication at executive level
* self-starter with high energy, organization and time management skills
* ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, ongoing learning and growth
