**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance and controlling roles within an industrial environment (industrial experience is mandatory), experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
- Experience with external audits, tax compliance, and process optimization.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish.
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Strong expertise in financial management, controlling, and accounting (IFRS and local GAAP).
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and digital finance tools.
- Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, and risk management.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Lead and take full responsibility for the Finance Department, including direct leadership, supervision, and development of all finance and controlling team members
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the team’s work, and that all financial operations—including accounting, controlling, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and compliance—meet the company’s financial targets and adhere to internal and external regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, processes, and controls to support business objectives and operational excellence.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate financial information for decision-making.
- Ensure the effective management of cash flow, working capital, and investments.
- Act as a business partner to management by providing financial analysis, risk assessments, and recommendations for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Drive digitalization and process optimization initiatives within the finance function.
