- comply with quality programming and production.

- as a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications)
- has the authority to stop a process or activity, or give coaching if it detects unsafe or acts conditions, that could put at risk the integrity and health of a worker and environment.
