Role purposeensure the optimal performance of equipment and facilities to guarantee business operational continuity. You will be responsible for maximizing asset lifespan and driving continuous improvement across all maintenance processes.key responsibilities- budget & project management: oversee maintenance opex/capex budgets for equipment, machinery, spare parts, and both local and international services. - strategic asset management: define and execute strategies to increase equipment availability and reduce the volume of critical (at-risk) machinery. - asset hierarchy & classification: establish a systematized classification of plant assets based on organizational data, hierarchy, and criticality levels. - root cause analysis: diagnose equipment and machinery failures using structured analysis methodologies and technical specifications. - strategic planning: develop plans and procedures that ensure asset capacity, continuous functionality, and safety of all facilities. - system compliance: manage the development and implementation of the ate system model according to corporate guidelines. - performance monitoring: track and analyze maintenance kpis (indicators) against targets established for each business unit.-what are we looking for?- education: bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, mechanical management, or electronics & communications or related. - advanced education: master's degree completed (required). - experience: 7+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within the manufacturing industry. - languages: advanced english proficiency.
